We become part of your team, gather information based on your needs, perform audits and inspections with you in mind, and advise you of your best possible choices, all the while using our experience in a very specific niche area of manufacturing. Soon after the determination has been made that our companies will begin to communicate, Cut Smart starts to gather the required project information. Once through a complete project review, an estimate of timing, costs, and method of moving forward with the Buyer's Agent Service is presented. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, this initial review process can take from one day to several weeks. | Once the review is complete and the Buyer's Agent Service is agreed upon, Cut Smart goes out to locate the perfect source(s) for the project. Reviews, visits, audits, sampling, testing, etc... are conducted and a match is made! Here's how well it works... Although Cut Smart's main focus is providing manufactured parts, we enjoy providing the Buyer's Agent Service for select clients and projects!
